Discover our exclusive collection of Battuto Murano glass vases, extraordinary handmade creations that combine traditional glassblowing with refined cold-sculpting techniques.
The “battuto” technique, meaning “beaten,” is one of the most iconic finishing processes in Murano glassmaking. After the vase is blown and cooled, the surface is meticulously worked by hand using grinding wheels or tools that carve and sculpt the glass. The result is a unique Murano glass vase with a singular surface.
Each Battuto Murano glass vase is entirely handmade, reflecting the mastery and precision of Venetian artisans.
