Elevate your interior with this breathtaking expression of Venetian artistry. Handcrafted in the heart of Murano, this aquamarine Thorn Vase is a testament to the technical mastery and historical prestige of Italian glassmaking.

Known traditionally in Murano as "Rostrato," this sculptural piece is defined by its aggressive yet sophisticated silhouette. The creation of this vase is a high-stakes dance with fire: a Master Artisan must meticulously pull each individual glass point—the "rostri"—while the material is still incandescent. Every thorn is a singular movement of precision, resulting in a crystalline texture that captures and refracts light with dramatic intensity. The refined smoky grey hue adds a layer of contemporary mystery, making it a versatile centerpiece for both modern minimalist spaces and classic luxury environments. This isn’t just a vase; it is a frozen moment of artisanal passion.

How are the artworks packaged if I request gift wrapping? Ensuring the integrity of our Murano glass artworks during transport is our top priority. For this reason, we follow strict insurance guidelines for packaging, while also ensuring that your gift looks its best. Here is how we prepare your order:
Gift wrapping: The artwork is carefully wrapped in our elegant official gift paper.
Safety packaging: The item, already wrapped, is then protected with layers of bubble wrap and placed inside a sturdy shipping box filled with shockproof polystyrene.
Why don't you use rigid cardboard gift boxes?
Since our artworks are handcrafted, they feature unique shapes and sizes that do not fit safely into standard gift boxes. (We only make exceptions for certain small-sized categories, such as jewelry and miniatures). Furthermore, for insurance purposes, shockproof protective packaging is the only authorized method to ensure that the artwork arrives intact at its destination.
How to present the gift to the recipient:
Upon delivery, simply take the artwork (already wrapped in our gift paper) out of the cardboard shipping box. You can then give it directly to the recipient with our presentation, or place it in an additional gift box or bag at your discretion.
