Description:

ART COD. ID: 1755

This Murano glass knot sculpture is a powerful symbol of Love for all lovers. The association of knots with love, friendship and affection dates back to antiquity, making this artwork a meaningful and timeless gift.

The piece is made in clear glass and chalcedony, worked freehand on a punty in solid glass. The twisted shape and internal colours create beautiful light effects that change depending on the viewer’s position.

This sculpture is an exclusive Original Murano Glass OMG® production, handmade and signed by our master and available only from the Original Murano Glass official store.

Particularly difficult to realize, chalcedony glass has the peculiarity of joining the canonical glass sphere with silver salts and other coloring oxides: this extraordinary chemical process, coupled with the talent of the Masters of Murano, allows the creation of wonderful works in which an opaque background is streaked with enchanting warm and dark shades, a true whirlwind of lights and shadows capable of captivating even the eyes of the most experienced observer.

How are the artworks packaged if I request gift wrapping? Ensuring the integrity of our Murano glass artworks during transport is our top priority. For this reason, we follow strict insurance guidelines for packaging, while also ensuring that your gift looks its best. Here is how we prepare your order:
Gift wrapping: The artwork is carefully wrapped in our elegant official gift paper.
Safety packaging: The item, already wrapped, is then protected with layers of bubble wrap and placed inside a sturdy shipping box filled with shockproof polystyrene.
Why don't you use rigid cardboard gift boxes?
Since our artworks are handcrafted, they feature unique shapes and sizes that do not fit safely into standard gift boxes. (We only make exceptions for certain small-sized categories, such as jewelry and miniatures). Furthermore, for insurance purposes, shockproof protective packaging is the only authorized method to ensure that the artwork arrives intact at its destination.
How to present the gift to the recipient:
Upon delivery, simply take the artwork (already wrapped in our gift paper) out of the cardboard shipping box. You can then give it directly to the recipient with our presentation, or place it in an additional gift box or bag at your discretion.
