How are the artworks packaged if I request gift wrapping? Ensuring the integrity of our Murano glass artworks during transport is our top priority. For this reason, we follow strict insurance guidelines for packaging, while also ensuring that your gift looks its best. Here is how we prepare your order:
Gift wrapping: The artwork is carefully wrapped in our elegant official gift paper.
Safety packaging: The item, already wrapped, is then protected with layers of bubble wrap and placed inside a sturdy shipping box filled with shockproof polystyrene.
Why don't you use rigid cardboard gift boxes?
Since our artworks are handcrafted, they feature unique shapes and sizes that do not fit safely into standard gift boxes. (We only make exceptions for certain small-sized categories, such as jewelry and miniatures). Furthermore, for insurance purposes, shockproof protective packaging is the only authorized method to ensure that the artwork arrives intact at its destination.
How to present the gift to the recipient:
Upon delivery, simply take the artwork (already wrapped in our gift paper) out of the cardboard shipping box. You can then give it directly to the recipient with our presentation, or place it in an additional gift box or bag at your discretion.
We ship all our products with their certificate of authenticity (a paper certified document) and our hologram brand sticker; both guarantee that the artworks are unique ORIGINAL MURANO GLASS OMG® pieces.
Using the QR code, the customer can register her/his artglass with a picture and create the Electronic Certificate that will be saved in our database. Through this online certificate, customers can always validate the purchase made in our shop; this gives a guarantee document, with picture, valid over time, that certifies the value of our products, read more.
